در یک اقدام مهم و تأثیرگذار، ۴ هزار متر از سواحل فریدونکنار با تلاشهای دستگاه قضایی مازندران آزادسازی شد. پوریانی، رئیس کل دادگستری مازندران، در این خصوص اعلام کرد که این بخش از ساحل که بخشی از منابع ملی و مسکن شهرسازی به شمار میرود، مدتی تحت تصرف افراد قرار داشت.
با ورود دادستانی شهرستان فریدونکنار و پیگیریهای لازم، این اراضی که به طور غیرقانونی تصرف شده بودند، به حالت اولیه خود بازگشتند. این اقدام نه تنها به حفاظت از منابع ملی کمک میکند، بلکه زمینهای برای استفاده عمومی و بهرهبرداری صحیح از سواحل را فراهم میآورد.
پوریانی در ادامه تأکید کرد که دستگاه قضایی با قاطعیت به مبارزه با تصرفات غیرمجاز ادامه خواهد داد و هدف آن حفظ حقوق عمومی و منابع طبیعی کشور است. این آزادسازی نشاندهنده عزم جدی دستگاه قضا در مقابله با تخلفات و حفاظت از سواحل کشور است.
