عباس پوریانی در مورد پرونده اعضای شورای شهر و شهرداری فریدونکنار اظهار کرد: در پی وصول گزارش اولیه در سال گذشته از سوی سازمان اطلاعات سپاه استان، با دستور ویژه دادستان فریدوکنار و تشکیل پرونده در یکی از شعب دادسرای شهرستان، متهمین احضار و پس از استماع دفاعیات، قرار تامینی متناسب از نوع وثیقه برای آنها صادر شد.
رئیس کل دادگستری مازندران تصریح کرد: با توجه به اهمیت و حساسیت موضوع، از سوی دادستانی شهرستان فریدوکنار برای متهمین، قرار نظارت قضایی به مدت دو ماه مبنی بر ممنوعیت از فعالیت در پست سازمانی مربوطه نیز صادر شد.
پوریانی افزود: پس از تکمیل تحقیقات و بررسی دفاعیات متهمین، برای ۱۱ نفر از جمله ۳ عضو شورای شهر، ۲ کارمند شهرداری و ۵ نفر از پیمانکاران و سازندگان به اتهامهای اخذ و پرداخت رشوه، سوء استفاده از پست و موقعیت شغلی و پولشویی و واسطهگری در اخذ رشوه قرار جلب به دادرسی و کیفرخواست صادر شد.
رئیس کل دادگستری مازندان خاطرنشان کرد: در راستای ماده ۷ قانون تشدید مجازات مرتکبین ارتشاء، اختلاس و کلاهبرداری، مراتب تعلیق از اشتغال کارکنان شهرداری و اعضای شوری شهر نیز از سوی دادستانی فریدونکنار به ادارات مربوطه اعلام شده است.
پوریانی تاکید کرد: برخورد دستگاه قضای استان مازندران با هرگونه مولفه فساد که موجب تضییع حقوق مردم و بیت المال شود، جدی قاطع، قانونی و بدون اغماض خواهد بود.
