صبح امروز در فضای مجازی خبر و تصویری منتشر و ادعا شد دیواره ورم کرده پل کمربندی فریدونکنار مجددا فرو ریخت و با توجه به اینکه ۳۰ تیرماه پارسال در هنگام ساخت این پل بخشی از دیواره پل به سمت بیرون متمایل شده بود و فروریخته بود این شائبه ایجاد شد که بخشی از این پل دوباره فرو ریخته است.
کوروش ابراهیم نژاد گرجی فرماندار شهرستان فریدونکنار در گفتگو با باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان مازندران گفت: ۱۲ پنل از گذشتههای دور دارای اعوجاج بودند و امکان ترمیم آنها با همین شرایط وجود نداشت.
او افزود: با توجه به اینکه جابجایی مصالح پشت پنل سخت بود و منجر به فشار دائمی به میله گردها و پنلهای دیواره میشد، با هدف انجام فرایند نیلینگ جهت پایدارسازی ترانشهها و تامین تکیهگاه افقی دیوارههای و جلوگیری از لغزش خاک به صورت کنترل شده توسط پیمانکار خارج شد.
فرماندار شهرستان فریدونکنار ادامه داد: این پنلها بعد از ترمیم به شکل منظم در جای خود قرار خواهند گرفت.
ابراهیم نژاد با بیان اینکه چند دانشگاه کشور روش نیلینگ را روش موثری برای این کار اعلام کرده بودند، گفت: پیمانکار این پل اعلام کرده است فرایند ترمیم پنلها تا دو ماه آینده انجام میشود.
او افزود: پیمانکار اکنون یک کمپرسور دوم و دستگاه جدید به محل ساخت پل منتقل کرده است.
متولی پل راه و شهرسازی مازندران است
فرماندار شهرستان فریدونکنار با بیان اینکه متولی ساخت این پل اداره کل راه و شهرسازی مازندران است و ناظر هم دارد، گفت: برخیها تصور میکنند فرمانداری متولی ساخت این پل است که صحیح نیست.
ابراهیم نژاد گفت: فرمانداری شهرستان فریدونکنار بر اجرای این طرح نظارت دارد و بعد از روی کار آمدن دولت سیزدهم این نظارتها جدی شده است.
او با بیان اینکه فرماندرای شهرستان با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان چند ایراد در فرایند ساخت این پل را به پیمانکار اعلام کرده است، افزود: پیمانکار طرح ایراداتی که برای عرشه پل گرفته بودیم را برطرف کرده است و ایرادات پنل نیز در حال برطرف شدن است.
فرماندار شهرستان فریدونکنار در خصوص زمان بهره برداری از این پل گفت: ما منتظر هستیم تا دستگاه متولی گواهی سلامت فرایند رفع عیوب را اعلام کند.
