اما بهراستی گردنگیرِ استاندار مازندران خراب است، یا او اصلاً گردنگیر ندارد؟
از نخستین روزهای سکانداریاش، وقتی بهعنوان رئیس ستاد دکتر پزشکیان در استان، بیپرده گفت:
«استاندار باید همسو و همجهت ستاد مرکزی ما باشد. من به وفاق ملی آنگونه که دکتر پزشکیان میفرمایند، اعتقاد ندارم. واقعیت است.»
سخنی که بهشکل واضح، شفافیت نیت و مرزبندی سیاسی او را عیان ساخت.
اما شگفت آنکه پس از چندی، همین گفته را تکذیب کرد؛ گویی نه رسانهای ثبت کرده، نه شاهدی شنیده است.
و ماجرای «روز خبرنگار» همچون زخمی تازه بر تصویر مدیریت وی نشست. در جمع اهل قلم و تصویر، جملاتی بر زبان آورد که موجی از تعجب، نقد و اعتراض را در میان مردم ولایتمدار و لالهخیز مازندران برانگیخت:
«من به حجاب و عفاف در جامعهای که گرسنه است اعتقادی ندارم. ما مسئول معیشت و اقتصاد مردم هستیم.»
سخنی که هم در مضمون، هم در لحن و هم در میدان اثرگذاری، بهگونهای بود که حتی بسیاری از یاران اصلاحطلب، آن را ناسازگار با مرام دولت اسلامی دانستند. فشار افکار عمومی، هجمه رسانهها و دلآزردگی نیروهای فرهنگی باعث شد که این اظهارات در سطح کلان تکذیب شود. همان نسخه تکراری: فراخواندن فرمانداران و نزدیکان، برای گفتوگو با رسانهها و «تطهیر» ماجرا.
اما اینبار حتی برخی چهرههای سرشناس همچون علی مطهری، سکوت را جایز ندانستند و نوشتند که:
«او دولت پزشکیان را با یک دولت سکولار اشتباه گرفته است. دولت اسلامی علاوه بر معیشت مردم، مسئول صیانت از اخلاق، رفتار و اعتقادات مردم نیز هست. جا دارد وزیر کشور وی را برکنار کند.»
این حجم از واکنش تنها یک معنا دارد: تراکم نارضایتی عمومی. بیتدبیریهای گاه و بیگاه، اظهارنظرهایی که یا تکذیب میشوند یا رنگ و بوی انکار میگیرند، و تصمیماتی که گاه موجب تضعیف شاخصههای فرهنگی میشود، همگی به یک نتیجه تلخ میانجامد:
سرزمین علویان و دیار پرآوازه مازندران، که روزگاری به «پایتخت حکومت شیعیان» شهره بود، امروز به میدان مشاجره بر سر سخنانی تبدیل شده که اصلاً نباید بر زبان مقامی در این جایگاه جاری میشد.
اگر «گردنگیر» حرف خود را بستن، لازمه مدیریت است، مازندران امروز به استانداری نیاز دارد که نهتنها محکم بر گفتههای درست خود بایستد، بلکه پیش از گفتنش، وزن آن را بسنجد.
